Choosing the right tradesperson to complete the varied tasks required to achieve your goals is often a tricky process. Do you go for the cheapest quote? The most expensive one? How do you know the tradie is cut out to do the work? Are they experienced enough to complete the scope of works? Are YOU experienced enough to make that decision?
If you’re inexperienced or too busy to vet them well this choice could make or break you and your project. At Perfect Plan Project Management we have a selection of tried and tested tradie’s in our portfolio to suit your job. We have tilers, carpenters, plumbers, painters, landscapers, roofers, brickies, certifiers, handymen, electricians, solar panel experts and more that are all insured and all professionals.
We take away the feeling that it’s a lottery and anyone could be a winner or loser. Our tradie partners are polite and Siobhan will ensure they complete the job, to the specifications and provide all certificates required to ensure you get your Occupation Certificate at the end of the process should this be required. Shaun – Carpenter
Shaun is a carpenter with 25 years’ experience working throughout the Sydney region. His specialities include custom made timber furnishings and attic conversions to name just a few of his talents. You couldn’t meet a more honest guy.
Bruce – Builder
Builders like Bruce are a rare commodity these days. He has more than 40 years’ experience. He’s honest, reliable, works like a horse and has a great eye for detail, accuracy and beautiful design. He runs a tight ship on site and always has a great idea up his sleeve. He is also an experienced landscape gardener.
Lisa – Electrician
When you have residential work that needs to be done quickly and with an eye for quality, look no further than Lisa, with 15 years of experience she is ready to assess your complete electrical needs.
